Одной из лучших по функциональности является ActiveFax. Не страдает монструозностью, полный набор всех необходимых функций в отличие от целой плеяды собратьев, у которых всегда чего-то да и не хватает, стабильность и надежность, безглючность и лечится хорошо (что не маловажно, - промучившись пару месяцев в Venta-fax - она меня подводила в самый нужный момент, - стер и навсегда).

Для индивидуального пользования можно установить только серверную часть, для общего - устанавливаются столько клиентских приложений. сколько нужно в офисе, чтобы у каждого на персональном компе была возможность работать индивидуально. Очень хорошо организована передача факсов через e-mail - программа автоматически подключается к интернету, передает факс через сервер вашего провайдера, отключается и опять выходит на простую телефонную линию - одним кликом и все это в скрытом режиме. Можно задать передачу по обеим каналам (телефонная линия и/или интернет) для подстраховки. И многое другое. Короче, это хорошо продуманная, добротная прогрмма, которая облегчит (а не осложнит, как многие другие) вашу офисную жизнь.
